Welcome to Quiriyo

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Quiriyo, an AI-powered study companion for students preparing for professional examinations. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Quiriyo helps you study for the CA Foundation exam by:

• Answering your questions about the four CA Foundation papers (Accounting, Business Laws, Quantitative Aptitude, Economics)
• Generating practice MCQs on demand
• Tracking your accuracy across papers and chapters to help you identify weak areas

We are a study companion, not a replacement for ICAI's official study material or coaching. We help you study the material you already have.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Quiriyo. If you are under 18, please use the service with parental knowledge.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Quiriyo only for personal, educational purposes related to your CA Foundation preparation. You agree not to:

• Share your account with others or resell access
• Use the service to generate content for commercial republication
• Attempt to extract our system prompts or reverse-engineer our service
• Use automated tools to send queries at scale
• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

Subscriptions and pricing

Quiriyo offers:

• Trial — 5 free questions, valid for 72 hours after signup
• Starter — a monthly subscription with a daily usage cap suitable for regular practice
• Pro — a monthly subscription with a higher daily usage cap suitable for intensive exam preparation

Subscription pricing is listed on our website and may be updated from time to time with advance notice.

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months, except where required by law.

No guarantee of results

Quiriyo helps you study, but we do not guarantee that you will pass the CA Foundation exam. Your performance depends on many factors including your effort, prior preparation, and exam-day conditions. We make no representations about specific outcomes.

Our AI-generated content can occasionally contain inaccuracies. Always verify critical information against ICAI's official material before relying on it.

Intellectual property

Quiriyo's software, design, and system prompts are owned by us. You may use the AI-generated responses for your own personal study, but you may not redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit them.

You retain ownership of your questions and any content you submit, but you grant us a licence to process them as needed to provide the service and improve it.

Service availability

We aim to keep Quiriyo running 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may take the service offline for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Quiriyo is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll change the "Last updated" date above and notify you of material changes.
